Rasket for enterprise

Past three million emails a month the price list stops and a conversation starts: a volume and an overage rate we agree, dedicated IPs, single sign-on in the price, a retention window you choose, an invoice instead of a card, and a person to move you across.

What a Custom plan includes

Everything on the Scale plan, and then the things that only make sense once a contract is involved.

  • Volume past the price list, and a rate for what is over it

The published ladder stops at three million emails a month. A Custom plan starts there: an included volume we agree on, and an overage rate we negotiate rather than read off a page. Pay-as-you-go on the self-serve plans bills each extra thousand emails at your tier's rate; yours is part of the contract.

  • Dedicated IPs, warmed and watched

Shared pools are kept in good standing, but at this volume your reputation should be your own. Dedicated IPs are an add-on from the Scale plan at $30 a month, for teams sending more than 3,000 emails a day. We warm the address up, watch it, and add capacity as your volume grows.

  • Single sign-on, included

One OpenID Connect connection for the team, the email domains it covers proved by a DNS record, and enforcement when you are ready for it. On Scale it is a paid add-on. On a Custom plan it is in the price, and nothing is added to your invoice for it.

  • A retention window you choose

Thirty days is the window on every self-serve plan. On a Custom plan you set it: email metadata, bodies, attachments, delivery events, API request logs and webhook payloads all follow the number in your contract, and a nightly job enforces it.

  • Invoiced billing

Paid plans are charged to a card. A Custom plan is invoiced instead, so it can go through the process your finance team already has. Usage and audit records are kept seven years, so a closed period stays reproducible long after the mail has been deleted.

  • A domain for every brand you send as

Scale already carries a thousand sending domains, and an add-on raises it a hundred at a time. On a Custom plan the limit is whatever your contract says. Each domain gets its own 2048-bit DKIM key and its own record set, and verification runs on its own.

Priority support comes with Scale and stays on a Custom plan. So does the audit log: every change to a key, a domain, a webhook, your team or your plan is recorded in the same transaction as the change, and kept for seven years, alongside the request log of every API call. How your data is separated, how secrets are stored and what the audit log records are set out on the security page.

Nothing about the API changes on a Custom plan. It is the same sending API, the same signed webhooks and the same SDKs, so a team that started on the free plan does not rewrite anything to grow into this one.

How an enterprise plan comes together

There is no checkout for this. It is three emails and a call, and we would rather tell you a self-serve plan is enough than sell you a contract you do not need.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you send

Volume, domains, where your recipients are, how long you need data kept, and whether you need single sign-on or dedicated IPs. The checklist below is the short version.

  2. 2

    We put a plan together

An included volume, an overage rate, the retention window, the add-ons you actually need, and an invoice your finance team can process. We will tell you when a self-serve plan would be cheaper.

  3. 3

    We help you move across

Migration support is part of a Custom plan: domains verified and warmed, templates moved, webhooks pointed at your endpoints, and a cutover you can do in stages rather than overnight.

What to send us

Four things in the first email turn a reply into a plan instead of a questionnaire.

  • Expected monthly volume, and your worst day

A monthly number and a peak day. Campaigns and product launches shape the plan more than the average does.

  • The domains you send from

How many, and whether they are yours or your customers'. This decides your domain limit and whether the add-on is involved.

  • Where your recipients are, and how long you need data kept

Your retention window is a number in the contract. Tell us what your own policy or your regulator requires.

  • Your identity provider, if you want single sign-on

Any provider that speaks OpenID Connect works. Tell us which one and whether you intend to enforce it from day one.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a discount for paying annually?

No. Every plan we publish is priced monthly, and a Custom plan is agreed and invoiced monthly too. What changes on a Custom plan is the included volume, the overage rate and the terms, not the billing period.

How does invoiced billing work?

A Custom plan is invoiced rather than charged to a card, so it goes through your normal purchasing process. Every other plan is paid by card, and we accept all major credit and debit cards.

Can we keep data for longer than thirty days?

Yes. Thirty days is the window on every self-serve plan, and on a Custom plan the window is part of the contract. It covers email metadata, bodies, attachments, delivery events, API request logs and webhook payloads, and a nightly job enforces whatever number you agreed.

Which identity providers work with single sign-on?

Any that speaks OpenID Connect. Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace all do; SAML is not supported. Single sign-on is included on a Custom plan and a paid add-on on Scale.

How do dedicated IPs work?

A dedicated IP is an add-on from the Scale plan, at $30 a month per address, for teams sending more than 3,000 emails a day. We warm it up, watch it and scale it with your volume. On a Custom plan the addresses you need are settled when the plan is.

How many sending domains do we get?

A thousand on Scale, and an add-on raises it a hundred at a time. On a Custom plan your limit is whatever the contract says. The numbers for every other plan are on the pricing page.
